Description
The Club is a small jazz venue (180) for live concerts during the jazz program with "a low stage, flexible seating, and a warm and intimate atmosphere." Microphones are split with FOH and mixed live to 2-track into Pyramix with a backup. The recording room sits stage left and is somewhat isolated, though not really well. Really its a great room for small club sort of jazz and recordings are made with this scheme in mind. A pair of omnis are hung from the ceiling for that added audience quality.
